Shell v power fuel costly but the best.

Needed to charge my leaf fast charger not.working. help line tried to reset but didn't work. Operator told me to use CCS. Operator didn't know about different plugs and that most cars only have one type. Bit like saying use petrol when you need diesel. Training required shell to make helpline operations understand what they are helping.

Recently used this station. Felt that their machines are not measuring fuel properly but charged the same amount. Will not use this station again.

The friendliest and most professional petrol station I have been to in Birmingham. Staff are always welcoming, friendly and have a smile on their face. I have also noticed the quality of the petrol to be higher than other petrol stations as it lasts longer compared to others. Always happy to get my fuel here. :)
