Would give zero stars if I could. There is a reason why the whole of shard end hates the younger asian lad. It’s because he is so extremely rude and only spends time on his phone. Tried to return and Amazon order and he told me to come back in two hours cause he was too busy speaking to his girlfriend. His dad shouldn’t of let him get the job. 0/10 this place also act creepy to young girls. All in all they don’t respect their job disrespectful always on their phone. Walk up to the post office in castle Bromwich much better

Arrogant and ignorant staff.If you need to top up gas/electric go across the road to the co-op where staff are friendly and smiling.The man???? at the front of shop counter overcharges so ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CHANGE.The Post Office should take away the franchise from this shop asap.Dont be fooled by my one star rating as I don't have the option of minus stars!
Very rude indeed. Disgusting atmosphere.....AVOID at any cost. Always on there phones and at times insulting customers. Never seen so many rude cashiers in one shop. We will never go back. EVER!!!
The young lady I think her name is (nina) she is so friendly and lovely , I been to many times there she is helping me all times. The best post office with great service.
Nina is very helpful and kind and just speak to my carer on my behalf if it’s to do with the post office Kim is very helpful and kind and she would support me on the long Imran don’t really know him much but he’s okay sometimes in there jumped on Cameron can be not the man you want him to be in the shop sometimes you can have a joke and a laugh and he’s okay at timeThe old lady that works in the post office is very quiet and Kate to herself some of the young girls on the staff are very helpful very respectful and I’m very distant about customers are going there quite a lot and it’s okay think what they sell in there and it’s also cheap and good for what you get for you value anyway
