BE CAREFUL. I would think very carefully before you decide to go and waste your time at this company. They are rude, have awful customer service and very arrogant. If you do not believe, then be my guest and deal with Dan. After this experience, if you decide to make a complaint, GOOD LUCK, Glenn will reinvite you in to insult you further. Do not believe me, try it yourself and then thank me after. After all this if you decide you want the Directors to be aware, well well well, even more GOOD LUCK with that. They do not reply to any emails or telephone calls, as if they above any customer hence their staff treat you as they do. If you are not of white origin, good luck!! Just look at the team of employees and I rest my case. Honestly, spend your money where you will be appreciated, respected and be able to enjoy your purchase. If you still want to go experience all this yourself, be my guest. GOOD LUCK.

They are attentive and extremely knowledgeable about watches. I will definitely be making my next purchase from this store.
