I was wary of buying a used car online and from a dealer 200 miles away, yet I've been very pleased with my recent purchase. Good, honest and timely communication from initial enquiry through to delivery. You have to have trust in the reputation of the dealer and in the salesman (David Evans) when buying this way. I have to say that this was a pretty straightforward process and delighted with the car; excellent condition and exactly as described. A very professional dealership.

A huge thank you to Nicholas Luong from the Robins and Day North branch. This was my first time leasing a car and whilst all contact was via email I was really pleased with the service I received, whether it was information (I did request a lot) and answering questions with a lot of detail which was very helpful. I always received an email within 24 hours and was able to secure a vehicle in a relatively short time period. Coming from a sales and customer service background myself I very much appreciated the customer experience from Nick and the aftercare service I have received.
