I queried about a power steering pump which was for sale. I needed to make sure it was the right part number or part to fit my MGZS 180, as the mark ll will not fit my mark l model. Twice i rang and twice i was told he didn't have access to the part but would get back to me. The third time he rang at the end of a working day to say that he had the part in his hand but couldn't confirm my query but would find out and get back to me..........that was almost a week ago and my car remains off the road without even an apology or explanation as to why a scrap dealer doesn't know what he is selling. Not happy. Really bad customer service. Looks like i will have to take my business elsewhere......thanks for wasting my time.

A very poor service and unplessant manner
Took my car here two weeks ago rover 45 diesel mk2 with heater problem. It was blowing cold air out of heater .but no heat left with these guys .to look at they sorted the problem. Out now my heater is blowing hot air again just in time for the cold weather very good garage metro man rover spares 100% recommend if you want you car sorted

Very helpful. Had a nightmare finding a filler neck pipe for my 2005 MG ZS. He help me out. Even came out his way to meet me to drop the part off. I mean fair enough the first one was faulty but he replaced the second one with no problem. Fixed and ready to go! Will definitely be using again. Thank you .
