I've been training here for almost a year now [both at the previous venue and the new one] and can't recommend it enough. It's a great environment to train in - a really enthusiastic and committed, but very friendly group of students - and an extremely knowledgeable and supportive instructor. Classes are quite high energy, so you will definitely leave feeling as if you've worked hard, but also a lot of fun. When I went the first time I was quite nervous, and a little intimidated - but the instructor and the other students put me at ease very quickly. As I mentioned earlier, I can't recommend this enough - if you have an interest in martial arts or self defence, or even if you just want to try something new to see if you like it, I suggest you come along and give it a go. You'll be glad you did.
