Took half an hour to bring out the Shisha despite it being quiet. All was fine till it came time to change the coal, we requested to multiple staff walking around to change the coal and they would just say \It's on its way.\ The staff members were more interested in sitting down and chatting to their friends than actually changing the coal. After an hour of no coal changes the shisha had lost its flavour so we left

Actually I don't have much experience of visiting such spaces in this city and I can't say very precisely but according to other spaces I have visited previously according to those, its not bad catgory for a sheesha/ hukka. Recently upgraded Interiors in blacks with king size sofa in black to give more feel of exhaling smoke. Good one in budget.
I recommend to anyone who's in Brum to go check out Kings Lounge! The best in town! Went there and the service and hospitality was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything. Great staff but most importantly the shisha was fresh and flavoured. Will be coming again inshallah!
