Terrible experience with this company. I ordered one of their new model treadmills (T550) which was expensive compared to other modes on the market. Delivery was slow and arrived with the wrong manual. When I got hold of the correct manual and looked at the parts they were not up to standard, all the stickers on the monitor were peeling and bubbled (they wouldn’t change or offer compensation). When halfway through building I discovered they had also sent the wrong bolts so I couldn’t finish the machine enough to use it. After waiting 2 weeks (slow responses via email) for the new parts, I opened the box and they had sent the wrong parts, the ones I already had that were far too short. Then they got back and told me the parts needed to complete the machine and make it work was out of stock. Now in order to return it I need to lug it down 2 flights of stairs again with no compensation for the handyman I’m going to have to hire. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Do not use this company - shocking lack of customer service. They take your money and then when you receive (finally) a damaged item their response is ‘the damage does not affect the performance’! So it’s ok for them to sell damaged items and charge the full amount? They would not offer a discount, we had waited long enough for the item.... they offered for us to parcel up again and send back but could guarantee another item.... the item was also missing other parts and the manual. Was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Think twice before using these people!

Absolute shams! Retuned a treadmill that made a noise and had a smell of burnt rubber when in use. From the get go they have caused no end of frustration and now they are doing fraud. They sent an image of the motor of the treadmill to me as I did not believe that there was nothing wrong with the machine. A wire was exposed and parts melted. After the 33 email they responded saying it was glue. They kept misdirecting the photos to other areas of the machine (tie cables?!) They are an absolute sham! Please have a look here at the images and tell me if this is right what they are doing. I am absolutely shocked! I'm a nurse who works long hours and run for various charities. I was looking for a decent treadmill for after late shifts or when the weather was rough outside. But as far as they are concerned there is nothing wrong with the motor. What a joke!

Had an issue with my sister's exercise bike; really prompt responses (especially considering time of year, and what a year this has been) and the issue was resolved much faster than I expected. Really pleased with the speed, content and quality of the responses!

Terrible service! I had a poor experience with JLL and would not use them again. In short, I purchased a treadmill which arrived no problem but had a fault. The return and re-delivery of a new treadmill was exhausting and time consuming as no one at the company seemed to know what was going on. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and tried to help, but unfortunately the service was terrible. I’ve put a few points below as it’s difficult to explain in a review. - When I called customer service they could not find any of my email despite having received replies from them. - I was asked to Whatapp a video of the fault which I did, to this day I never had a reply. - JLL asked me what specific day I would like the faulty item collected to which I arranged someone to be in the house all day. Delivery didn’t turn up and again, to this day JLL could never tell me why. - JLL were unable to contact the courier they used and there excuse for things going wrong was I quote “it’s not our fault”, great customer service line. - I was offered 10% refund due to the inconvenience. Once the new machine was delivered I didn’t hear anything from them, I had to contact them again for my refund, and yep, they had no idea what I was talking about. I then had to screen shot the email when the offer of refund was made and send to them before they would then issue the refund. The whole experience with the company was not a pleasant one, although the staff were very nice the processes are terrible.
