I always think the sign of a great cut is whether it's easy to manage after the trip to the salon. After my first visit for a cut and finish by Craig I'm so impressed that I will be back. Craig really listened to what I wanted and also advised on my hair colour which needed improvement. A great experience! Recommend highly. Went back for colour and I couldn't be more happy. Craig has a natural talent for knowing exactly what suits skin colour. I've never been so pleased and had so many great comments. I will be back.

I went to get my hair fixed after a previous dye job had turned my hair red. Using just a toner, my hair was transformed! Thanks to the knowledge of the hairdresser, she knew exactly how to work with my hair type and colour and now I'm very pleased with the results!
I have just returned from my first time at James Bushell Edgbaston, and what can i say Sammy has given me the most amazing wash, cut and blow dry which exceeded my expectations. Infact i am so pleased with my hair and the exceptional service i have now decided to ditch my previous salon where i have been going for 12 years!! I can not thank Sammy enough for listening to my preference when it comes to my haircut and just for being an amazing person xx

Booked in for a consultation, been a week and haven’t heard back from them despite calling 3 times. The 3rd time I called the woman was very friendly and apologised and said the stylist will give me a call the next day. However still not recieved a call the time given. I understand the stylist is busy but very unprofessional you keep people waiting and not giving myself a call to keep me updated. Anyways due to lack of service I am getting my hair done elsewhere. Waste of my time and consultation.
