I've been to Haden Mercedes a number of times now and will continue to go. I've been their for servicing and other works on my aging car. The service has always been second to none and always completed on time. Much cheaper than a MB Dealer would be no doubt. The guys that work there take pride in the work they do and are very approachable. They point out and show you when work needs to be completed. I would highly recommend Haden to anyone and will continue to use them. Keep up the good work.

My car has just been returned after an MOT and service. I opted also for a full valet, which is not cheap, but what a service! My car now looks like it has just been driven out of the showroom. The attention to detail is fantastic; nowhere has been neglected and with cars as beautiful as Mercedes, they deserve the best attention. As ever with this company, they are a pleasure to use, from start to finish; helpful, friendly, good communicators and they take care of my car like it is their own. I have just read a couple of reviews on Google, and I struggle to believe they are writing about the same company. I found Haden on the internet after reading reviews and have never once regretted using them. Obviously, I can only offer my own experience, but every time they have been excellent and although car ownership is always costly, unlike other garages I have previously used, I feel now I have found a garage in Haden that I can be confident of getting honest value for money service.

The staff and technicians at Haden Birmingham were all massively polite and helpful they knew exactly what needed doing and were very professional. They found us somewhere to wait in comfort and charged the price quoted. We made a 170 mile round trip to get to these guys and all i can say is that if i have anymore issues with any of mine or friends and family's Mercedes Benz then i will be back to see the guys no hesitation do not believe the bad reviews i have used lots of Mercedes specialists over the years and this garage is top drawer keep up the good work see you soon not to soon though i hope :)

They were reliable and had fast turnaround time. Took about 1.5 hour to replace my brake pad with no issue at all. I will definitely go back
