I popped into Walsh (Birmingham) for a demonstration on their Orion welding machines. The chap who served me made me feel welcomed and even offered me a cuppa! We sat down and he demonstrated each unit and informed me of what each unit offered in terms of specifications. He was patient with me and I brought some samples to try myself. He explained the whole process in great detail which made me understand the product I was planning to purchase, and advised me on what machine would be best suited to my requirements. After purchasing my machine, I phoned him up a few times for his advice and he was happy to help. I'm so glad that Walsh employ such practical and pleasant staff who know all technical aspects of their products. Well done H S Walsh!!

always a friendly welcome, competitive prices, would definitely recommend over the competition.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, placed an order and was unsure of a few items. The Walsh representative was very patient and recommended products that were more suited to me and my business rather than selling me a more expensive product. After I received my order I contacted them for advice on installing a couple of machines and they guided me through the whole process and even sent me PDF guides and instructions. Highly recommended and will now be my only place to purchase my tools and equipment from!
