I bought 3 suitcases (ABS) from this company, after delivery which was within the lead time, I changed my mind and contacted the seller, asking if I can send them back for bigger sizes. My request was accepted and I had received my new suitcases yesterday. Great customer service,very strong suitcase, highly recommend this company to friends and family
placed an order, waited weeks but nothing arrived. sent multiple emails, no response. rang but no one answered and it said i couldn't leave a voicemail as voicemail was full!! had to contact paypal for a refund, thank God i paid thru them or id be kissing goodbye to my money. waste of time.
