I took a sowing machine that was over 20 years old, to be serviced. It came back working as they day it was bought. It is quiet again, runs smoother and faster! The price was worth it and understandable, considering how old the machine was and it had not been serviced. The staff there were very polite and helped me put the machine in my car after. Thank you so much for the amazing work that was done. You have made someone very happy and they haven't stopped using it since!

I searched online for a reliable sewing machine company and one who would ship quickly during lockdown. Bought my Bernina L460 overlocker from Frank Nutt in March and it arrived promptly. Had a glitch a few months later with the LED light and contacted them for repair. Frank was extremely helpful and courteous, had the machine collected, fixed and serviced and I am expecting it back on Monday. Top marks for customer service. I will definitely shop here again!

Just ordered a Brother machine from F Nutt Sewing Machines. Had been looking online and researching different machines. Spoke to Charlene and Frank who were both great on the phone. Very patient and answered all questions i had. I chose to contact them after i saw a you tube demonstration for the F420 in where Lucy showed what the machine can do and gave some handy tips. I now just need to wait on the deliver. I have been kept informed of when this should be. I would Recommend Frank and his team to anyone. There was no hard sell they gave advise on what was available Fantastic service so far :)
