A nice place to live in upcoming Digbeth. You have the Bullring which is approximately 10 mins walk and Digbeth clubs. I do agree the air BnB that are rented out are misused and taken advantage of, but I guess that's up to the landlords to sort out. Can't do much about it. Due to their nuisance in taking residential parking; there's now a private company which gives fines/tickets if someone parks where they shouldn't. But overall the view as you can see its view is amazing, it has a centre court which you can sit and rest and is well maintained.

I have to agree with most of the reviews here... People are getting fed up over here!!!!!! Fabrick Square used to be a nice place.. its kind of sad how this place changed Everything started with AIRBNB - people who coming here for one night stay clearly don’t care about people who live here. Making people who live here feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Constantly laud music and problems in the middle of the night till the morning every single day! It’s unbelievable that Centrick property which they “managing” this block don’t do ANYTHING about it.. Can’t wait to move out from here. And honestly this is the worst place to live!
I wouldn’t recommend this place for living to anyone. This place is very unsafe and VERY dodgy!!!!!!! Apartments are looking nice BUT loud music every night till the mornings, parties and drugs!!!!! Carpark it’s full of mess and antisocial behaviour. Lift its broken. Corridors are full of trash and no one doing anything about it!!!! !!!!!AVOID!!!!
Really really bad place to live! I’ve moved to Birmingham city centre on my own and chose these apartments as they looked nice. However, when living here it has been really hard to get a good night sleep as on the weekends especially it is like a night club with all the flats From building 1 which is essentially the council estate. The bottom flats with doors in building 1 is used as a drug hideout where you see them selling and dealing with drugs. Constant argue mental with tenants with them as they make a lot of noise and leave a lot of litter. Would not recommend!
The worst place you could ever chose to live. As other posters have pointed out below - this is a hub of crime and the most uncomfortable and unsafe place to live. Do not, under any circumstance, move here! You have been warned!
