Awful company. Made an order on July 6th and still no item. Emailed three times and received no response and company do not seem to answer their phone. Avoid this company. Do not waste your money here.

Could I please know what happened? I ordered my Luna on october 5th, and it's been two months and I still don't have it. I got a mail order had been been dispatched, but I don't know, it's way too long. Not to mention that I got one message and then never got another, it's kind of irresponsible and I would just really like to have my Luna :/

Unfortunately I've had a very poor experience of Eternia Collectables. I made an order on the 28th October but as of today (27th November) I am yet to receive it. I received a confirmation of order email but have not received any further communications. I have sent the Eternia Collectables five emails about my order but have not received a reply to any of them. Based on my experience I would definitely not recommend buying from Eternia Collectables. Update 9th December: I received a parcel from Eternia Collectables. However it contained only 3 of the 4 items I had ordered.
