Pray to god that you dont end up dealing with this company on behalf of a deceased parent. I have been trying to get this company to stop spamming my mothers address with statements addressed to my late father with (Dec'd) written after his name for what is now around 4 years. He had 100 santander shares which are held by this company. I have sold the shares online, filed out forms, sent emails, spent countless hours on hold,been into a santander branch to get them to help with dealing with this company all to get absolutely no where. All I wanted was for the account to be closed and anything left in the account to be given away. Stop the correspondence, stop harassing my mother with your junk mail but they wont. They just wont do it. Im currently waiting for 2 calls back from this company today. Nothing. Emails dont get replied to either. This is to CLOSE AN ACCOUNT for which I am the legal admin for. I can't imagine how this god awful company deal with anything more complicated. Im even starting to wonder if this can be classed as harrassment and get someone else involved to get these letters stopped and the account closed. I just cant believe they cant or wont do something so bloody simple
