Does not answer any phone calls. Make appointments and don't turn up. Charge you upfront without doing any work. Make you wait for weeks for a certificate which I still havent received.

they don't dispose of the asbestos properly they dumb it on the side of the road or in people's garages if i can prove it cause i have daniel baker and lisa dudley both on record asking me if i know where they can dumb some for 150 pound if you ever use this firm ask for proof of where it gets disposed
