I have called 7 other Ducati store around my area here in Chicago to look for this particular Ducati AGV peak v5 helmet and Morgon Lynch was able to help me and sent me photos of the helmet via her personal cell and ship it to me. I’ve place the order on the phone Friday morning and I’ve received the helmet by early Monday morning. She’s very helpful, very detailed and very fast! I recommend this place. Great choices ! I have now purchased 3 motorcycles, a couple helmets,and some gear from Ducati Detroit over the last 2 and a half years. I truly believe that Charlie, Kevin, Connor and the rest of the Ducati Detroit staff are the best in the world. I have purchased motorcycles in the past, 4 wheelers, side by sides from many other dealerships and none of them hold a candle to the service, professionalism, and respect you get from the staff at Ducati Detroit. Everyone that works here treats you like family, this is the best dealership, service center, and staff in the world :). Thanks again to the entire team!!
I went in with my daughter because we have been looking for a Shoei RF - 1200 and had not been able to find anyplace with a selection of sizes. When we called up there they were friendly and helpful so we thought we would give it a shot. The salesmen who helped us was patient with my daughter and had more knowledge of helmets then anyone I have spoken to. He explained the differences between models, he took a measurement, he ordered a special graphic for her. I will be bringing my business back here again for sure.
What a great motorcycle dealership! First, the place is beautiful, and of course, Ducati. The people make it even better. The service department is top notch, and they go out if their way to take care of customers. Even if you don't ride, stop in and get a Ducati shirt.
