I took my daughter to her appointment to see if she will be having braces staff were very friendly and welcoming and polite they have a big car park it was free to park and a small cafe and the dental hospital was lovely and clean the young lady that my daughter was seen by was very professional
I cannot thank the staff here enough, every single person from security & reception to dentist was kind, helpful, efficient... The whole set up was very well organised with minimal waiting times and felt very covid safe in all areas of the hospital. I was referred by 111 and seen as an emergency case for an extraction. During the procedure everything was explained to me and I was regularly asked if I was ok or had any pain etc. It was a really pleasant experience and I cannot recommend them enough!
( As a visitor ) Compared to the old hospital 100x better Nice clean light and modern parking is now pay when you leave 1.50 hr ish you have to enter your registration. Canteen on top floor good value (IMO) breakfast 2.50 .
Staff was brilliant. After treatment, area was cleaned ready for the next person
