A gem of a garage! Now that is what I call a truly fantastic customer care service. This garage puts high end dealers to shame. Extremely friendly and efficient. Steve informs you prior to what needs to be done in a very professional and jovial manner, so that there are no hidden surprises at the end of your bill. Would highly recommend this garage. I will again look forward in doing business with a company whose service is a cut above the rest!

I used the online garage finder 'Servicingstop' who quoted 140 for a service and MOT and they arranged for Chelmsley Wood Vehicle Services Ltd. to carry out the work, however because of my van needed 2 new discs and pads for the MOT and fresh brake fluid on their recommendation as well as my ten year old van requiring \special oil that cost a lot more\ I was surprised to find my bill was 470.71. Okay I am not a mechanic so an unable to prove any wrong doing but it seemed steep. However when my van was returned I noticed the fuel gauge already off the top yet I had only filled it up the day before. I compared the photos I took of the 'miles remaining' and sure enough with three gallons worth of milage disappeared over night (see pics) I have owned this van for ten years and the fuel gauge takes days before it moves from the full mark. I called the garage to discuss this and was met with an aggressive reaction for suggesting someone may have removed any fuel. So with that I would definitely not recommend this garage due to my experience and their angry reaction to my phone call. Update Servicestop (not Chelmsley wood service) looked into this and gave me a 20 refund.

Such a positive experience having my car serviced and mot at this place today. Archie is a really warm, welcoming man and I feel very genuine. Even though he was clearly very busy, he was attentive and chatty. The mot revealed some advisory repairs which I will undoubtedly have done by C.W Vehicle Services centre.

I started to use only this garage back in 2018 as I had a problem with a Corsa - there was an oil in a coolant. They diagnosed the car and explained me that it is probably head gasket seal but they cannot guarantee it was the only issue. Instead of draining money from me they gave me an advice. Since then I am their regular customer with next car. Always on time, flexible, good prices and customer service is amazing (I highly recommend Steve and Archie - Polish mechanic who is explaining everything from A to Z). I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I have taken my car to this garage now several times for MOT & repairs. Archie has always shown me what’s wrong with my car and explained properly what I actually needed doing. Also on a occasion when I didn’t need anything done I was reassured. I’m very grateful for the services provided and would certainly recommend!
