I contacted CTB Alarms to set up my home security and found they were a very professional, helpful company and experts in their field. The team of experts as well as their customer service really exeeded my expectations! They carried out the job as promised and without delay. Definately recommend.
I have been using CTB for the last 7 years and they have always been fantastic. Very thorough, efficient and reliable. I get a call every year to remind me my alarm is due for service and to book an engineer which is great and they are always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I had an occasion where I had a fault with the alarm (not anything they had done!) and needed to call them out of hours to come and take a look. They called me back within the hour and came out straight away. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Called CTB for the first time to get them to look at our unserviceable alarm. Jack, the engineer turned up on time, smartly presented and proceeded to get the defunct alarm working quickly. He explained in detail how to get the best from the system and was very knowledgeable. Can't praise CTB and Jack enough. Very reasonably cost was a bonus. Highly recommended indeed.
