This hospital outpatient service is going bad to worse ! After comedy of errors in our daughters blood test before,they made my daughter wait forever 3hrs in the waiting this time without any communication.Every time we see a new doctor in the endocrine department for some reason . The reception, nurses are not helpful. I have complained before but they give excuse all the time without putting efforts to improve the services. The doctor this time mistakenly ( reasons unknown although we were before time at the appointment)saw a patient before us !Ultimately our daughter lost her valuable school time . There’s no other alternative for us to see another hospital unfortunately!

Just been A E with my baby, all the staff were lovely, we saw a Dr called Kate and she was fab, put my mind at ease and was really friendy and professional would definitely be my first choice if i ever needed to take children to AE department.
I have never been to the Hospital but would like to share a fundraising initiative by Birmingham Children's Hospital charity. The Big Sleuth is a 10-week public art trail of bear sculptures on the streets and public places of the city. I often stopped to take pictures of the bears and got talking to families who walked around the city looking for the bears to tick off on the Big Sleuth app. It seems like a good form of exercise for families and encourages people to be more sociable. Children excitedly explained how the app worked and showed me which bears they had seen or were looking for.
Really nice and clean hospital, looked after with such a great care. Thanks so much
