Awful service, had to wait for 6 hours when there was no need to. There was no clear instructions by nurses. Asked the receptionist how long we have to wait, she rudely pointed at the screen which showed 3 hours. Very disappointed.

The service was fine as I went early but the attitude of the lady doctor was a let down. She was a young, tall, glasses, with short hair pulled back. From a european country with an accent possibly polish. She made us wait in the corridor outside the x ray room knowing no one was there to let us in. We stayed there until a kind Asian doctor walking passed told us to go back to the ward to let them know as they had to sometimes ring for someone. When we went back she looked surprised and said 'have you had the x ray?.. then we were sent out while my daughter was in her hospital dress to walk outdoors via the public main entrance to the x ray room across the other side of the hospital as apparently she 'didn't know the way from inside'. Then when we returned I commented that we had really enjoyed the walk and fresh air which she didn't like!. After showing us the broken collarbone on the picture she asked if we had any bandages at home we could use!.. I asked her to demonstrate what position my daughters arm needed to be to which she replied that the nurse would give her a sling!.. I guess brexit is affecting bandage supplies already!.
