Booked a castle for 2 days easily via email. Fantastic communication while booking and in relation to the drop off/pick up. Really good quality, clean bouncy castle. Reasonably priced for a 2 day hire and late collection.

Seriously unprofessional and incompetent! Called to book a castle to be told to leave message via whatsapp which I did. They responded a day later and gave me a list of castles that were available and I replied within 4 minutes to book one. Heard nothing back till 4 days later to tell me they had nothing available! They obviously have no system of bookings and have made a mess of it. Would never enquire again. Steer clear! Waste of time!
This companies customer service is awful, don’t answer calls and let down at the last minute after numerous messages really disappointed.
Not normally one to review but feel I must here. I booked this company to provide a bouncy castle for my wedding. The company reassured me they had all insurances etc. I paid the deposit and a few months later I requested proof of their PAT and PLI certificates as the venue needed them. They said they would send these then never did. They stopped replying to any of my messages, calls etc. Over a month has gone by and I haven't heard from them. So I guess they are just gonna get away with my deposit and not even turn up to the wedding. Now 3 weeks to the wedding and i need to find a different company.

We've been getting various castles for our kids birthday parties and never had any issues, excellent service. Always punctual and a friendly team ensuring all our needs are catered for. The castles are of high quality and available in many fun themes which keeps all the kids and adults entertained well into the evening. No need to look else where, i would definitely recommend!
Absolute amazing company, Birmingham bouncy castles have people's best interests at heart, they will do anything to make sure they deliver to your expectations. Wonderful and kind individuals. Would 100% recommend!!.
