Following my operation, the quality of care was fantastic, all the staff were polite caring and made me feel welcoming. From cleaner, catering staff, reception, the nurse and theatre staff. You really gave it your all. All requirements were met. The rooms was fit for purpose (tv, phone etc) and had an accessible bathroom en-suite, which was large and again - fit for purpose. Advice for BMI : you need to up your game with your CQC rating and implement changes.

I had a lovely experience today, a COVID, blood & ECG test in one foul swoop. Half an hour in and out, Jordan made me feel very comfortable in the ECG and the lady who gave me the other 2 tests was so skilled. Top class. Thank you
I went for NHS blood test today and was very impressed with the COVID systems in place and the staff were lovely. They made what was a stressful visit for me very much easier . Thank you x
