Horrified following an appearance of a mouse from a neighbouring property we called Birmingham pest control. Lady we spoke to was really nice and helpful explaining everything and quoting over the phone. Price was very reasonable and agreed and was told someone would be able to come out the following day. Anthony came and was very professional, did a thorough search and located any point that they could get through the wall. All holes were filled and posion laid. 2 weeks later Anthony returned, cleaned away all used poison and completed the filling of the last holes. Not a peep has been heard since. Would 100% recommend to anyone who encounters any pest problems.

We had mice in our home, initially I tired putting down poision myself, this was a, waste of money because the situation got worse. Rang Birmingham Pest Control, spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged a next day appointment. The gentleman arrived on time, conducted a through inspection and implemented plan of action, explaining a second visit in two weeks to confirm the issue is fully resolved. I can report the mouse problem is completely clear. I think the charges are reasonable. I highly recommend this local company for a fast reliable and professional service. I rate this company a definate super 5 Star !!!
