Wrong item delivered and look at state of it from the picture, delivery information is hidden somewhere on website which is curbside only even though you pay delivery fee. Customer services are almost non existent. If you want to save time and hassle of your refunds, better think twice before using this company.

Shocking Service, shop elsewhere. Bathroom City do not deserve your business. Our bath and shower screen arrived with the shower screen damaged through poor packing and poor location on the pallet. Three days, several emails and phone calls before we gorany customer service response. The replacement screen is incorrect (fixed not hinged). Three weeks later the hinged screen is not yet here and we cannot get an email to confirm anything despite two broken promises to provide such a communication. The bath broke when a 9 stone person sat on it tge bath was 225 and advertised as extra strong acrylic bath. We cannit get a replacement, only an offer to buy another at a lower than advertised price. We are told by Bathroom City it is not strong enough to sit on the side? Nothing in the instructions suggests it cannot support a light person nor does it advise extra support, and even if it did, the bath has no support struts or support batons to locate upright support pillars. Shocking service, disgusted by their attitude and lack of concern or after care. Avoid this company or be prepared to waste your time, money and test your patience. If you read my other reviews you will see I give praise for great service, not here, it is shambolic

Very good choice of bathroom fittings, furniture, etc, all displayed in bathroom oomsets\, so you can see how they might look in your home. Helpful and knowledgeable staff assist with your queries and selections. All this at very reasonable prices. Well worth finding them out (they're hidden in a trading estate), otherwise check out their excellent web site. Highly recommended.

Shocking service and the worst place to ever go to. We had no help from one of the staff members when we asked for help. He basically said to make our choice and he will then help us and gave us vague answers while unprofessionally being on his phone. Also we kept asking him questions which was unanswered and ignored. We did not receive any help at all. Very disappointed as the person (Asian man) that also was very rude the first time we went in, sadly was dealing with our order. We showed him exactly what we wanted, bare in mind he was writing the order in his “order book” which obviously was a MISTAKE! We obviously placed an order and we specifically asked for a larger sink. When we received the order it was the wrong size. We went in for help and to get some clarification the lady which was very unhelpful advised that there was nothing that they could do, when in actual fact the receipt shows that we ordered a larger sink bowl, which is still unresolved!! Secondly our freestanding sink cabinet arrived with no handles and when mentioned they were disagreeing and arguing about it and then apologised and gave it to us. We’ve had bad experience and I definitely will not recommend this company to anyone.
