What a waste of time!!!!! I Probably attempt to use the doctors once a year!!!! I rang yesterday at 9am , I eventually get through to be told they haven't got any appointments and to ring back at 9am today... I ring back at 9am today, 50 Times!!!!! I finally get an answer at around 25 past nine to be told I'm sorry I haven't got any appointments today...LITTERALLY A WASTE OF TIME .. GOOD FOR NOTHING, NO POINT WHAT SO EVER IF YOU CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT..I was then fobbed off with a number for a walk in centre in sellyoak!!!!!! Asked are you ok!!!! Well clearly not!!! Ive told you whats wrong and that I need it sorted and you haven't helped one bit!!!!!

Don’t waste your time trying to get an appointment here. Just go straight to Katie Road. At least you guaranteed to be seen.
Phone them up yesterday got seen after work got a call today to have bloods taken thank you to the doctor who saw me yesterday and the nurse this morning.
I am not happy with that GP. When I phone them 10am they said to me to phone them 9am when I phone them 9am they said to phone 9.30am. For appointment you need to wait 2-3 weeks. For my last appointment was 3 weeks gone from that day I make it but receptionis said is 2 weeks next week I'm having my appointment for blood test and then I have to wait 2-3 weeks for see the doctor to talk about my results. I do not understand why they can't send it to home address same as other gp's. I was happy with my last gp and I make mistake to change to this!!!
Dr Perry and Dr Cheel are particularly great doctors. They are super helpful and I genuinely trust in their expertise. The surgery on a whole is good but the changes they are making to booking appointments is well overdue as it was nearly impossible to be seen if you work during the daytime or were unable to wait for an appointment. When these changes have been implemented i would happily change my rating to 5 stars.
