Called Bad Apples and was put through to Anthony who was able to diagnose the problem in seconds. Within the hour he organised a time for me to drop off the laptop, with the price and rough estimate of when I could pick it. I reckon the laptop was done a lot quicker than I expected and surpassed my expectations. His professionalism was really noticeable and definitely somewhere I’d go back to. My computer is running like it’s brand new.

I damaged my laptop screen and contacted Bad Apples for a quote and advice. The service was great and it was an extremely fast repair! Got my laptop back the same day, within hours. Not one bad thing to say about this company or the owner. I would definitely return here with any other issues.

My iMac was constantly crashing and freezing. I tried everything I could to resolve including hours on the phone to Apple. Anthony took it on and meticulously recovered all of my data onto a new hard drive before installing a new ssd and power supply. He went above and beyond to get the job done and kept me constantly updated. Thanks again Anthony. Highly recommended.

My old MacBook was running slowly but took it to Anthony at Bad Apples who upgraded it and gave it a service, and had it back to me within 24 hours. It's now running like new. Great service and all done for a fantastic price. Would highly recommend for your Mac repairs if in the Birmingham area.
