A total waste of money and time!!! I wouldn't go back to them, and I would certainly not recommend them!! Before I gave my tv to them, it had one issue, but when I took it back ,not only the issue is not fixed, it started white lights appearing all over the screen,and when I sked about that,they maliciously replied, that I have to pay more money if I want it to be fixed!!
Had a repair done to an LG TV in April 2020. Prompt service in collecting TV, repairing it and returning it. However, having paid 150 for the repair, the TV has developed the same fault in November. For 150 I expected the repair to last longer than 7 months. Save your money!
Thanks very much for the great service you provided to my father when he was having problems with his TV - as he relies on it very much and after i initially contacted you to discuss his problem you were very fast in providing a new remote control and sorting out his cabling problems with the result that he is now happily watching his TV again in peace which was well worth the 85.00 which saved him having to shell out money for a new TV so thanks again for being so helpful to my father and i know we will certainly use you again if any other problems arise with his TV - A 5 STAR SERVICE WHICH WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THANKS AGAIN.
AVOID AVOID, AVOID!!! These guys are cowboys of the highest order. After two attempts to repair my TV, it still broke down soon after being returned to me. It worked for 5 months after attempt one and then was held hostage without correspondence for 9 months on attempt 2. A threat of legal action brought it back. The reputable repair guy who fixed it after that, told me the work done on it by these guys was of a very poor standard and lamentable. I'm ticking all the above blue boxes and even then I'm being too kind. A case for Rogue Traders if there ever was one.
