I cannot say thank you enough to Ade and Malcolm. These guys are just an honest down to earth business. The engineer showed up, gave me great honest advice and even advised what to buy to fit my budget. I called up and there was no hard sell, gave me the options and pointed out what were the better brands - also pointing out that a cheaper brand was actually very reliable and would d the job for me...thank you guys - top local business, worth going here instead of the big chains any day o the week.

Thoroughly recommended. Used them to repair a machine under manufacturer’s warranty. Special mention to Ade who was extremely knowledgeable and great to deal with on several occasions and despite the manufacturer being unhelpful and slow to respond, Appliance Service Centre provided an efficient, transparent service - above and beyond. Would use them directly in future for any repairs.

The Appliance Service Centre took on and easily completed a repair that other companies had been unable to do. They did it without any of the usual exaggerations, excuses, fuss and let-downs I'd become used to with others, and the job was done very efficiently. Even better, it was done reasonably on time and was fantastic value. The repairman was most polite and took time to explain what had gone wrong and why, and how he was going about fixing it.

I phoned up to order a washing machine that i liked and i asked when could you deliver and within 2 hours the washing machine was delivered, very quick, excellent service, polite people, very good knowledge about washing machines highly recommend, if i could give 10 stars i would but the highest is 5.
