I worked for alstain metal for over 1 year..the thave to be the most diabolical place I have ever worked..definitely steer clear of any dealings with them...I handed in my notice to them after realising the review from other workers was correct..they have a very bad reputation for holding back employees wages as they did with mine..I was also owed a months wages from alstain who have only paid me 200 pounds..they change cut off dates to suit themselves when they try to deny keeping your wages from you..this is a highly illegal practice that alstain think they can keep getting away with..on behalf of a lot of workers who alstain are literally robbing every month I have now reported their activities to acas who will hopefully stop them from doing this to another poor worker..

Terrible company to work for. A lot of prejudices institutional and indirect racism stereo typing, asking me to not to drive Through Nechells and aston even though I'm following there out of date satnav, which is 84 month out of date. Invading pirvacy by always tracking the driver even though the work has been done with no complaints. IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF RACE PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
