Good range of products and good customer service when ordering, but refund process is nothing short of shocking when originally paying by BACS. Awaiting refund from 18/04 for 1500 it is hard enough to run a business without having cashflow problems. It is now over 2 weeks and still store staff chase but head office process is long so staff not at fault. Not good enough I am sorry. Process needs to be sorted out a lot faster.
