I missed the last step in the guest house where I was staying and twisted my ankle. I hobbled from my house to this A&E which was conveniently located only a few blocks away. I didn’t know what to expect, being that I’m American. I was pleasantly surprised when I was only asked for my address and identification and then told to wait and I’d shortly be seen. The triage nurse called for me after only 10 minutes. He was extremely kind and understanding. After triaging me, I was swiftly taken to x-ray where the great bedside manner of all involved techs and nurses continued. After getting my x-ray, I was put in a room and asked to wait for the doctor. About 10 minutes later, the doctor was there to explain my x-ray and the steps I should take to heal quickly. I was given instructions and over the counter pain medication and sent on my way! All in all, I spent no more 50 minutes in this very friendly and very empty A&E. Thank you again to the amazing staff!

Very bad experience and rude staff. Treating people very overbearing. Waiting 4 hours with the same 6 people in waiting room.
The staff here are always brilliant my mum was very sick and they looked after with the up most care and love. Well done City hospital 10/10
