Type of place you can take anyone to & they'd love it. Lovely meal as usual. Very popular so booking required.
Love this place and the service is so good with staff being polite...having manners and friendly.... The menu consists of a variety of meals that are so good it's a problem to choose...for starters had this lovely lentil soup.....then the two people with me had the macaroni cheese and said it was lovely....I toyed with the fish or the best steak pie in the world...but seeing it was Friday I stuck with the fish...it was hanging off my plate....Lol...brilliant meal...then topped off with sticky toffee pudding..... Can't fault this place at all..
Was staying at Piperdam for 4 days & passed this place on numerous occasions going for days out, every time we passed we had a look in & it was always busy whether it was lunchtime or evening & in my eyes a busy place is a good place. Booked a table for lunchtime, got there at 1235 & was eating by 1250 which is always good with the kids \getting bored\ Food was delicious, piping hot & great sized portions for Adults & kids alike. 3 Adult Meals, 1 x Kids & 4 soft drinks 48. Highly recommend if your ever down this way
Wonderful! Warm and cosy, incredibly fast service for lunch time on a Saturday. Steak pie was very very good and had the exact right amount of gravy. :)
