Contacted the store late one evening a couple of weeks ago. I was in a panic as I was isolating after a positive covid test, had no live food for my much loved leo Ruby. Online order hadn't arrived and she was starting to flag a little. They dealt extremely well with a stressed out me and I had live food the next day. Can't thank them enough! Best quality. Best price. The staff here are always available to have a chat and answer any questions. You can tell that they have a passion for what they do and they truly care about the wellbeing of our animals. I went to Pets at Home for my reptile food and they were either out of stock or all their live pet food was dead on the shelf with hardly any staff to help. At The Fish Bowl, it was the opposite. To anyone wishing to find the best quality service for their animal's needs, The Fish Bowl is the place to go!
Quite a small shop but great place to get plenty of items for all sorts of animals. No hamsters or small furry animals for at least another month yet. The staff were helpful and pleasant.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They answered all my questions and provided more information in the best way to keep my fish healthy
Great shop for everything you need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good selection of fish and accessories will never go anywhere else...
