Never normally review. Created an account especially for this! ‘Simple lighting’ - the irony! Spent 150 on dimmable bulbs only to discover they were terrible quality and flickering. Spent over 200 on new dimmer switches and electrician call outs to discover the bulbs were the issue. Tried to get a refund and send the bulbs back. Sent on a wild goose chase getting information which wasn’t needed! Absolutely disgusting service given I bought the bulbs very recently. Will never use again. The ‘solution’ to send back bulbs for testing to the manufacturer is completely irrelevant when I’ve had to spend a similar amount on new bulbs as I can’t live in darkness, plus the added suspect claim of the manufacturer conducting testing on the bulbs.... for me to then trust this?! The dimmer switches worked perfectly with the new bulbs. Clearly just poor quality, with no effort to do the right thing by the customer. Joke.

Very poor quality lights and very poor customer service. The picture below is proof to that. I have unfortunately asked for refund after very slow process they’re asking me to pay for the courier so they can pick their unusable product which I believe shouldn’t have been sent out to start with. They don’t even consider that in fact they have wasted our time and we can’t finish out job off because of their botched up lights.
Thank you for resolving the issue of the damaged fittings. The replacements arrived today. The service I have received from you has been second to none. Everyone has been most courteous and helpful and if I were to award marks out of ten you would have a full house. Well done and thank you once again. Would thoroughly recommend Simple Lighting. Worst customer service possible. Made an order late at night and emailed to change in the morning. It was the same product with just a change in the shade of light. So no price difference and the order hadn't even been dispatched yet. It was not dispatched until 2 days after the original order was made and I had paid for it to be delivered in 2 days!!!!!!!! I was told that once an order is made it cannot be changed and has to be returned once it arrives. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. If I could I'd give 0 to negative ratings to this lot.
