Have been hiring vans from BVH for many years now and have always found them to be courteous, efficient, professional and friendly. Vehicles are always spot on too. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
Never normally have a fault with these guys, love hiring vans from here as always professional. The price has seriously increased for 1 days hire from last year and the fella you return the van to on the Sunday looked as if he couldn't be bothered being there. Much preferred the fella on the Saturday! Personality and a bit of a laugh!
Absolute nightmare! Picked up van first thing in the morning as we where moving house. Started to make our way to the new house with half our belongings about 4ish. Oil light came on and the engine stopped at busy traffic lights. My dad and partner had to push the van on to a less busy road. Rang the company we waited nearly 4 hours for the aa to arrive after several phone calls asking what was going on! We finally got what was in van into our new home. At this stage we had completed and the old house still had sofas TV and the last boxes! We could of been sued for breach of contract! Luckily our buyer allowed up to go back the next day. Bcvh where completely unhelpful and didnt seem to grasp the severity of the situation. The old van wasn't picked up until 11am despite being told it would be gone by 8am! Do not use for house moves it ruined the whole thing for us!
