Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of items at reasonable prices
What a great experience, ordered and reserved a bath lift on arrival at the store we were given a demonstration and everything was explained in great detail. All the the staff were great going through everything we needed to do and they had even put the bath lift together to save any problems when we got home. You couldn't get a better lot of staff, very kind and very patient, nothing was to much trouble.
Very helpful staff gave my mum confidence to try out an electric wheelchair. They didn't know enough about finance, maintenance and repairs so we will go elsewhere to buy as aftercare is essential and they should know about it, that they didn't suggest they are more focused on selling and not enough on ensuring disabled people access an essential provision that is safe and reliable.
Fantastic customer service, very attentive staff made sure I knew the ins and outs of the equipment for a service user before I left the store.
