Got my title and tag here today. The overall experience is very good. The lady that helped me is very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would like to say thank you to the staff for providing great service.

This place is terrible. The staff is incompetent. Went to get a handicap sticker with a prescription from my doctor. The two people at the desk insisted the prescription form was filled out incorrectly and it was \copy\. The would not give me the permit even though I clearly cannot walk due to my leg injury. They insisted I had to go back to my doctor and get what they called an original. I went to another tag agency and had no trouble get the permit. Don't waste your time dealing with these people's incompetence.
I do not like to rip on a business unless it's necessary. However, this tag office is poorly managed and the staff are not rude- but they are not helpful either. I was trying to transfer a title from NC. They rejected the notarized documents I provided. I called the dealership and had them send more documents, then they refused to issue my title because my FL DL address did not match the address they had on file even though I provided a copy of utility bill and copy of lease. I was there for an hour. Total waste of time. Drove over to another tag office, walked out 15 minutes later with fast title, tags, and registration. A very poorly managed tag office. 2 thumbs down.
This tag agency is a disgrace. They never answer the phone and if they do they blatantly hang up without a word. These people are completely incompetent for anything other than a standard tag renewal. Worst customer service.
