Went in for brunch on a Saturday AM. In short it was great, really tasty and well cooked food (I had the full english and my wife had the eggs florentine), with an open log fire, what more can you ask for! There's been a few up and downs food-wise at the Bird this year but I think they've really got it nailed now with the new chef. The staff are always super nice and this was no exception, excellent service with a smile (even when our toddler was flinging food around!), couldn't have wanted for a better brunch. Get down and give it a try! Soon as it opens up again we will be back in!

1st pub lunch out after lock down & couldn't be happier. High level of keeping clenlyness up & 1way system. V happy. Danielle and further staff took loving care of us. Delightful roast, gorgeous Eaton mess sat in the garden (again well away from other tables- we love the distancing pub). Thank you for a lovely outing
My husband and I had a lovely three course meal last night. We enjoyed meeting the lovely couple who run the pub. Could not fault their hospitality. We will definitely be returning soon.
