The most expensive auto service I've ever seen! Thank God that my guarantee is over , so I don't have to make my inspections there. I have waited 3 weeks for a TÜV appointment and I have also said that they have to repair my air sistem because it doesn't work properly. Finally appointment day has come and I let my car there . In the afternoon SURPRISE they changed all what they supposed to replace. ...but no repair on the air installation. They only charge it for diagnose with tester almost 100 only for that....but for repair they ask me to make another appointment! No need to say that the employee was not so polite when he had discussed with me . But maybe that was just because I'm foreign . It's not normal because I've always paid their services and I'm waiting them to be professionals and take care of each customer no matter what nationally he/she has! The whole thing costed almost 1000...without TÜV! But what can I say about that when a few months back they ask me between 17.000 and 20.000 For a few problems at the bodywork caused by a storm. Doesn't sounds strange when I bought this car with 18.000 with a few months before?!? When I asked an official paper for the insurance company the employer attitude has changed 180....\ you know it's not so much...We have to calculate \ So what can I say? Only negative \surprises \ there! I advise anyone to think twice how you choose to spend your money. For me it was enough. ...I will never ask for their services and to be honest 1 star is much to much!
