Wow, just wow! I have worked in sales for so many years but never have I experienced such superb levels of customer service than that that has been delivered by Marley at Laithwaites in Binfield. His attention to detail is 2nd on none! I have spent fortunes on wine, often taking Marley's recommendations. He has never let me down and I look forward to ordering wine from him, so much so, that if he is not available when I phone to place an order, I would rather phone back than order wine through someone else. Thanks Marley, you are a legend.

Got a really good deal on some decent wine. 12 bottles for 72. They apparently have damaged labels etc. but you really wouldn't notice. You have to buy 12 bottles first though before you can get the deal

I cannot express how helpful the staff were today, pushing my wine boundaries to try something new ( difficult for me as I'm a kiwi wine lover through and through) but I couldn't fault the customer service from both the chaps including helping me out to my car with my purchase. Social distance rules and masks are in place so felt comfortable entering, I'd recommend the visit.
