Adam Waters

A wonderful distillery run by people who seriously care about their craft. Luke is a great tour guide and answered all the geeky questions our tour had. It's a nice, different day out with the chance to try some beautiful whisky. What's not to like?

The Collector

Be aware of this scamming company! I did several orders at bimber destillery and havent received my orders. Some never arrived and other orders have been cancelled 3 weeks afterwards. This company does not have any good reputation as well as their low skilled polish employees.

Small distillery, run by a passionate, warm and friendly team with everything done by hand. Lucasz showed us around and treated us to an amazing experience tasting all their products. The rest of the team (barrel cooper, owner / distiller, owner's wife) all showed up later and had a drink and chat with us too. A great evening out with a fantastic group of people. The quality of the products is excellent, and I look forward to seeing the whisky making it's way on to the market next year!

Great experience! Luke who was leading tour have great knowledge which he can pass very easily. Thanks to his approach and atmosphere you just don't want to leave this place! Bimber Distillery- great quality alcohol.
