I Like what I am seeing on Social Media! Everything looks so great and fresh. When I visit the UK I will definitely visit Biltong Nina! Nothing better then having South African products in a foreign country!
Very, very good. Probably as close as you’re going to get to having the Karoo in Buckinghamshire. Lekker lekker.
Purchased some biltong from Biltong Ninja and it's not great... In fact it's been given to the dog and I've re-ordered from my regular. A waste of over 20 Let's start with the positives, the biltong has a good consistency and it was cut well. Unfortunately that's where it stops... The main problem with the biltong is that the vinegar after taste is really quite awful. Before I even opened the bag, the whole car was smelling if vinegar. I don't know if it's soaked too long or what, but it actually hurt my stomach with how acidic it was. (This is not a South African method, I've just come off a 2 week break there and tried biltong from over 10 places all over the country and not one had this taste) A real shame, as you can see potential there, but I've been here once before with the same problem. Amazingly it wasn't as bad as last time, shame it was a wasted trip.
Huge heads up for Biltong Ninja! Excellent and friendly Saffa Service! Due to unforeseen circumstances my parcel didn't make it to UPS on time. Johan then drove through to Bedfordshire and delivered my parcel personally, so it's well in time for hubby's Father's Day gift! Highly recommended! Thank you for going the extra mile! Can't wait to see my husband's face in the Chilli Challenge
