Great service , polite & friendly staff.
The staff at this branch were very helpful and knowledgeable as well as resourceful. They quickly and efficiently opened up an account for me. All details were provided and within 2 or 3 working days I had additional documents sent in the post.
The branch in bilston is great, helped me set up my account and staff friendly, quick response times on the phone too. All that is missing is internet banking so I can check my bank balance without having to phone up or visit the branch.
Website is rubbish all I wanted was opening times. :(
