I had my hair coloured here, fantastic customer service, even as I bombarded my colourist, Poppy with photos of hair colours I liked. The colour was perfect, mixed to the exact colour I chose (she even showed me after it was mixed to ensure it was the shade I wanted). Very clean and professional, I love my vibrant hair colour. I did have a slight issue with a colour top-up pot, but one email to Sam and it was fixed immediately. Excellent quality work, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.

Had my hair done by Poppy several times; her high quality is consistent, and the results always speak for themselves. She always leaves me feeling so confident and like myself, you can tell she truly cares about her craft and has put the time into learning the skills and practical side behind her work. I was originally box dyed black, and with Poppy’s help, I am now platinum blonde, with relatively healthy hair considering the circumstances! Not only is her work excellent, but Poppy is extremely down to earth and lovely to talk to, always making me feel at ease whenever I book with her, which is something I value highly. If you’re going to spend several hours with a stranger and entrust them with something as important as your hair, I can’t recommend Poppy enough.
Thank you Poppy for doing my hair, absolutely love it Poppy knows what she is talking about and I trust her 100% when it comes to doing my hair. I leave it up to her to decide on what to do. I had my hair foiled and toned and cut yesterday and it feels so silky and fresh and beautiful Poppy makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and the shop is very clean and everyone wears masks and visors.
