I took my Crafter Van in for an inspection and a small adjustment, 18 month into it's warranty period. I didn't buy the van from Bilston. The staff on the phone were very helpful and took my booking and loaned me a transporter for 24 hours while they carried out the work. They gave me a full run down on the work that they had carried out and even washed the van. I also got a full run down on the condition of the van and even had a full inspection, which revealed a small amount of damage to a tyre. I had a key fob battery changed and the dash light reset. I couldn't fault the service of this dealer and look forward to taking it to the for it's next service. I dealt with a very helpful chap called Neil in the service dept. Well done, above and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

Couldn’t fault the parts guy helped me find part I needed for my t4 but as the didn’t have I in and I would have had to travel an hour to get there found a local vw who had it in stock that is what you call great customer service will be recommending them to everyone
