lightening strike i think as it blew my tv. I took it to euro computers who diagnosed the problem as a blown signal board. my TV is worth 550 they repaired it for only 70.. all fully working and im a happy man and so are my kids , fully recommend them and the technician Raj singh

What a Nightmare Christmas present, my boyfriend bought me a new iphone. It has took 2 week to try and set up. In the end I'd given up. Until I looked up Euro Computers and a nice man named Raj, talked me through on the phone step by step how to set my iphone. I felt at ease and didn't feel rush, he was calm and patient. while I registered the phone.
my gaming PC crashed, needed new hdd took it to Raj and he done a great job.. gaming away again now , many thanks to Euro Computers
I took my laptop into Euro computers of Lichfield Street Bilston and asked Raj if he could retrieve my forgotten Windows log on password, yes, he said we should be able to do that at a cost of 16. He said if he was not able to retrieve the password then he would need to reinstall Windows 7, I stated that if he was unable to retrieve the password then do not reinstall Windows 7 but return the laptop unrepaired to me. A few days later he phoned me to say the laptop was repaired, when I went to collect my laptop, he told me that he needed to reinstall Windows 7, I said I strictly told him not to reinstall Windows 7, he said it was the only way he could log on to Windows 7 and that it will cost 70. When I asked Raj did he back up all the data prior to reinstalling Windows7 he replied NO!! I paid 70 to enable my laptop to come home with me as he would not release the laptop until the 70 was paid. I sued Raj in court for the 70 I paid and obtained judgment and recovered my 70. Raj tried to rip me off and failed but he did manage to wipe all my files from the computer what a Dork, avoid Euro Computers at all costs, had I known how he trades I would have avoided him. I have written this review to allow others to make an informed decision on where to have a computer repaired.
I'm glad that Euro Computers survived the Government's Covid lockdown because I've come to rely on \Boo\ when I need my PC fixed or say a replacement monitor at a price I can afford. Prices for secondhand computers/software/hardware & repairs are way better than fair as other reviewers have noted. I hope \Boo\ doesn't take offence but for those of us who have to do their computing on a budget, I came to think of Euro as \cheap and cheerful\ because I knew I could rely on them to fix me up with an internet ready, perfectly serviceable desktop computer for 80. Brilliant!
