So basically if you want to collect your parcel you will have to stand outside in the queue for half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. And surprisingly its the same woman that is taking ages to find one parcel. Everytime I come for my parcel she cant find it. She asks me loads of questions what street I live on and bla bla.I had no problems with any other person just her. Seriously you need to improve your service! It has been a year and same woman is still here and the same woman still has problems finding parcels! How is she still working there?

A tracked parcel i waited for has been lost they wont admit it just keep saying i missed delivery 3 times ...liars im isolating im here ..fuming ..still no parcel. 40min wait to talk to anyone

Only post office I have found to be open during covid 19, helpful, friendly and safe service.Staff there are brilliant and enjoy the friendly banter..They deserve a pay rise as they are carrying on opening while other post office are closed! Well donexx
Do not read opening times on this thing. Says it's open then you waste time taking time off work to get there and it tells you on the door on a scruffy piece of paper that it's only open 7am to 9am. Cant get through on phone either. Thanks for making me waste time. Useless
